Through our one-year MBA program, promising rural entrepreneurs learn how to grow their businesses, in both individual and group classes.

Every three months, MBA students take a two-day workshop on working capital, distribution, and marketing.

Throughout the year, established professionals mentor each student on strategies for their own businesses.

2,000 women have graduated from our program so far.

The role models among these women - who run some of the area's most successful businesses - go on to mentor and employ other students.
