Supriya Dahigude

Supriya Dahigude studies at the New English School in Andhori. She lives with twelve family members and spends much of her free time helping her family on their small farm. Since Supriya’s father is the main breadwinner for his large family, resources are extremely limited.  Until Supriya got her new bicycle, she had a long and arduous walk as her village is very remote and far from her school. She was often too exhausted to study once she got back from school.

Supriya loves to go to school and is always among the top few of her 8^th standard class. She dreams of going to university and become a successful professional.
